We provide a generous return policy designed to give customers confidence with every purchase. Most items can be returned for a full refund within 365 days from the original purchase date, as long as they are in new condition. Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags. Shoes receive additional scrutiny, and we cannot accept footwear that shows any visible signs of wear or damage. This policy helps maintain quality standards for all customers.

Returns made in person at any Buck Mason retail store are always free. Customers can find their nearest store using the store locator on our website. For those who prefer not to visit a store, returns or exchanges by mail are also available. When mailing items back for a refund, a flat return shipping fee of eight dollars per package will be deducted from the refunded amount. Exchanges do not incur any return shipping fees. Simply complete the exchange section on the packing slip included with your order, and a replacement item will be sent once the original item is received.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, our customer service team is happy to help at no cost to you. You can contact us by text or phone, and we will resolve the issue promptly. For international returns, as well as orders shipped to APO, FPO, or PR addresses, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. International returns must be initiated by contacting our support team via email for further instructions.

Certain items are excluded from standard returns. Vintage timepieces are governed by separate purchase agreements provided at the time of sale. Items purchased from outlet locations, altered merchandise, and vintage products are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Purchases made at Buck Mason locations within Bloomingdale’s must be returned or exchanged directly through Bloomingdale’s, as Buck Mason stores cannot process these transactions.

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Standard shipping orders are typically processed within 48 hours and arrive in approximately eight business days. Expedited orders placed before 1 pm CST are usually processed the same day and delivered within two to three business days. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or during major holidays are processed on the next business day. Some orders may ship in multiple packages, and items ordered together may arrive separately, since fulfillment can occur from different locations. Expedited orders valued at five hundred dollars or more require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.

Shipping is available within the United States and to select international destinations, including several countries in Europe, Oceania, and North America. International taxes, duties, and VAT are calculated during checkout based on destination and product classification, and no additional fees are due at delivery.

Gift options are not currently offered, but physical and digital gift cards are available. Physical gift cards ship within 48 hours, while digital gift cards are delivered by email shortly after purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable, not eligible for discounts, and not subject to sales tax.

Customers may also choose to pay using Afterpay, which allows eligible purchases to be split into four interest-free installments. Afterpay is available on qualifying orders within a specific price range and excludes gift cards. Refunds for Afterpay purchases follow the standard return process and are issued back through Afterpay.

Sizing varies by style, and detailed size guides are available on each product page. Customers with fit or sizing questions can reach out to our styling team for personalized assistance. Complimentary hemming services are offered in-store for full-price jeans and pants purchased at retail locations.
